Order Processing & Delivery

Every Dafinaa jewellery piece is carefully crafted or prepared specifically for each customer. Orders are generally processed within 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

For deliveries within India, orders are typically delivered within approximately 3 weeks. International orders generally require 3–4 weeks, depending on the destination country, customs clearance and courier services.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions or courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all eligible orders.

International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your destination. All international shipments are securely packed and fully insured during transit.

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or local government charges applicable in their country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Dafinaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities or incorrect shipping information provided while placing the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active depending on the courier partner.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, incomplete contact information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
